Exchange Policy

At HM Ismail & Sons, we are committed to providing the best quality products. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We offer exchange only. Refunds and returns are not available.

• If you receive the wrong color, we will exchange the product free of charge. HM Ismail & Sons will cover all shipping costs.
• If you request an exchange for any other reason, including a change of mind, size preference (if applicable), or damage caused after delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
