Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or a short video of the product and its packaging.

After verification, you can choose either:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund.

There is no extra shipping charge for approved replacement orders.

Returns
